Educational Seminars Specific for Age of Learners

A recent health education seminar emphasized the importance of hand washing and personal hygiene among young children in our community. The session aimed to teach how regular and proper hand washing can prevent the spread of common infections and support overall well-being.
Recognizing the seasonal challenge, especially during winter when there is limited water access and cold temperatures make hand washing less appealing, the seminar encouraged children to practice hygiene at key moments: before meals, after using the toilet, and following outdoor play.
The children responded with great enthusiasm. One highlight was a creative activity using a World Health Organization worksheet that illustrated proper hand washing techniques through coloring and painting. The tactile and visual approach helped children understand each step in a fun and memorable way.
Many participants shared that they now plan to make hand washing a daily habit. The seminar successfully raised awareness about the value of cleanliness and healthy routines, reinforcing positive practices that benefit both individual and community health.
We hope you enjoy the photos below of the children and their artwork. We enjoy their happy smiles and focused concentration.
