Educational Clinic teaches best hygiene practices

Children sit on a green mat outdoors, facing two Save Kids Trust staff members, including Dr. Sharwan Saini. Tents and greenery are in the background; sky is overcast.

In slum communities, abdominal pain is a common problem among children.

Most of it comes from poor hygiene — but when clean water and soap are hard to find, washing hands becomes a challenge.

At Save Kids Trust, we gently remind children again and again to wash their hands whenever possible.

Each small reminder, each tiny effort, helps protect them from illness and builds a healthier future — one clean hand at a time.

With younger children, educational seminars often start with an activity that helps them calm down and focus. We hope you enjoy this collage of coloring from the children of the Banjara Basti, below. It is fun to see what they draw!
